Customer Privacy – All Bua Thai customer information is kept private. We do not use cookies. We do not require you to set up an account. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone.

 

Refund policy – We want all of our customers to be satisfied with the meal we provided you. If we make a mistake on your order, please contact us for a partial or full refund. Please allow 4 - 7 business days for refund to post. 

 

Delivery policy – All food is cooked to order. All items ordered and paid for online will be available for pick up or delivery by a Bua Thai employee as close as possible to the selected time. If this is not possible, we will contact you. Please allow approximately thirty to sixty minutes for pick up and one and a half hours for delivery.

 

Return policy – Due to the nature of our products and the Health Department Code we do not allow returns or exchanges.

 

Order cancellation policy – If you need to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible once the order has been submitted. Call us at (858) – 679 – 7073 between 11:30am – 3pm and 4:30pm - 8:30pm (GMT-8).
